White Water Rafting

The high water run operates as river rises following the early rains and subsides as the dry season commences. The journey begins 10km downstream of the falls starting at the overland truck-eater. The river journey is about 15km.

What to Wear: Swimsuit and shorts/cycling shorts but nothing that water will suck away T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt for sun protection Sturdy shoes/trainers or rafting shoes. Your shoes must be securely fitted to your feet (i.e. no flip-flops) or they will be lost! Wet Suits will be provided in the winter months.

Gorge Hike

Zambezi River Gorge Hikes are designed for hiking enthusiasts who wish to burn off some calories and explore the unique Batoka gorges below the Victoria Falls. After breakfast you will be picked from the hotel to the top of the Gorge. Armed with a walking stick, life jacket and helmet, you will take a walk down the Batoka gorge and catch a raft against the current of the Zambezi rapids, past the historic Victoria falls bridge to the boiling pot.
You are collected from your hotel and transferred by vehicle through customs and immigration to the Victoria Falls Bridge Visitors Centre. After registration, the tour begins.

This show last about 45 minutes as he regales stories of how and why the bridge was constructed, the enormous problems they encountered and how they overcame them. It’s enthralling and fascinating.

Game Drives

Exploring the vast genuine wilderness of the Zambezi National Park, these drives set off either in the early morning or mid-afternoon. Using an open four-wheel drive vehicle, the game drive allows the guests to discover many interpretations of the bush and all its inhabitants, related to them by our suitable trained and qualified guides. This is an uncontrived bush experience, covering a genuinely wild, unfenced wilderness area.
Please note that the Zambezi National Park is only a five minute drive from Victoria Falls town, so there are no lengthy transfers involved.
The morning safari sets off at 0600hrs and a light breakfast, tea/coffee and mineral waters are served. The afternoon safari departs at 1500hrs and soft drinks, beer, mineral waters and a snack platter are offered.
Our game drives last between three and four hours in duration.

Bungee Jump

Jump into the rainbow at the world’s greatest bungee jump. The original, the one and only, the must do, the ultimate thrill 4 seconds of freefall, 111m of pure adrenalin, of the famous Victoria falls bridge with a spectacular backdrop of the majestic Victoria falls, move to the edge arms out and 54321 bungee leaving yourself plummeting towards the rumbling waters of the rapids of the Zambezi river and let the adrenaline flow.

Gorge Swing

The Gorge Swing is a thrilling and mind blowing experience. Leap into the wide-open air as you plunge into the mouth of the Batoka gorge, Victoria Falls. Scream as you break free of the fear and trepidation you felt before you threw yourself off the platform. Zero Gravity!

Imagine swinging in a child’s swing in the playground…now imagine a giant swing 95 m long and 120 m high above water…now imagine a 70 m free fall before you begin swinging. A harness is attached to the jumper and then the jumping ropes, the other end of which is pivoted to the middle of the cable. The jumper leaps off the edge of the gorge, free falling about 70 m before going into a 95 m long pendulum type swing.

Guided Tour of the Falls

It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality…and nothing prepares you for your first sight.

The Victoria Falls – Now In Its 150 Millionth Fantastic Year – Reaches Its Zenith In About May each year.

This tour is conducted in the morning and afternoon. En route, clients may be taken past the ‘Big Tree’ where they may stop and take photos. Clients will be accompanied through the Rainforest by one of our qualified Guides who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife and other points of interest. Guides are also happy to assist clients with photographs whilst visiting this most spectacular of waterfalls. Raincoats are provided when needed.

Helicopter Flights

The flight of angel is an amazing journey over the 1700m vast curtain of water known locally as the ‘mosi-oa-tunya’ (the smoke that thunders) and along the Zambezi river and the Zambezi national park. Passengers are treated to an unforgettable helicopter journey.

Due to the close proximity of Maramba Aerodrome to the Zambezi River, the helicopters are over the spectacular scenery of the Zambezi River within 30 seconds after take-off.

Boat Cruise

The Zambezi Sunset cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the Zambezi River.

There are great photo opportunities against often-spectacular African sunsets.

Flocks of birds skim the waterline as the sun sets behind the African skyline. Clients may have the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile, and elephant as well as enjoy the many different bird species.

The Sunset Cruise is very popular and includes finger snacks, beer, wine, local spirits and soft drinks.
