Travel has been temporarily stalled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but in the midst of change, we understand that the desire to travel remains. As we face the uncertain ramifications of the coronavirus pandemic, we want to assure you that we have the best interests of our staff, guests, partners and communities at heart. During this pause in tourism, we have been focusing on a post-Covid travel reality by implementing extensive new Health and Safety protocols.
Our comprehensive Health and Safety guidelines will cover all measures in place across our business to ensure that our guests can travel with confidence. Your well-being is at the forefront of our minds from when you arrive in Victoria Falls throughout your time with us.
Regular Disinfecting
In addition to our existing rigorous cleaning guidelines, we will enhance and record deep cleaning and disinfection frequency of all surface areas, paying special attention to high touch items.
Greeting
Staff will be instructed to avoid hand shaking or other physical greetings when meeting guests.
Hand Sanitizing
Alcohol based hand sanitizing stations will be available. And Wanderlust Safaris will ensure that all its service providers have these facilities in place for our guests.
Social Distancing
Measures will be put in place to ensure comfortable social distancing on vehicles, and for other activities.
Aim to be Digital where possible
This includes online indemnity forms, guest information forms, itineraries and vouchers.
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Guided by regulations laid out at national level, our guests may be required to wear PPE such as masks when in spaces that are closer than two meters from each other. Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees based on their role and responsibilities.
